Kandakkuliya is a rural village in Kalpitiya peninsula with many community members who are fishers. Still, there are some people in the village who don’t have proper toilets and some of them use the beach or lagoon. It is a major sanitary problem for them as well as all the other people in the village. So, we have built 20 toilets and handed them over to needy families with financial support from People’s Leasing & Finance PLC.
